Leatha T. Hardy is the wife of Pastor John E. Hardy, Jr. and mother of three children, David, Pamela and Darvin.  By the leading of the Holy Spirit and together with her husband and three children, they founded Covenant Family Worship Center on February 28, 1999, in Stafford, VA.
 
Pastor Leatha is a woman of God that loves the Lord.  She has accepted her calling into the ministry and believes her purpose is to work alongside and be a support to her husband.  She is a licensed minister of the Gospel and was ordained November 11, 1992 under the leadership of Pastor Charles E.Thomas.  Her mission is to preach the Gospel with such power and conviction that lives will be permanently changed for the better and souls will be won for the kingdom of heaven.
